Services

We provide on your site services in the Tri-State Delaware Valley Area and Telephonic - Remote Control services beyond. The Delaware Valley Area is Philadlephia, PA and it's suburbs, Southern New Jersey and Northern Delaware.

Our Services are available on a prepaid contracted annual basis and/or a time and material basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Fine print)

Specifically EXCLUDED is "fishing" of cables over/through/under walls, ceilings and/or floors. Should fishing of network cables be required, specifications will either be provided to your contractor or, we can arrange professional cabling through our contractor.

The equipment being sold is covered by the respective manufacturers' warranties for varying periods. The forgoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Software is licensed to be used with your payment of a royalty fee and is not owned by you.

Accountant's Assistance, Inc. agrees to deliver and install in a workmanship like manner the hardware and software covered by our invoice. Proposals will remain valid for 15 days.

All prices are plus applicable taxes.

Our terms are payment in full upon placement of your order. Training if applicable, will be scheduled at mutually convenient times upon payment in full of our invoice.

All Sales and Services are Final. We do not accept returns. Defective media will be replace at no cost to you within the first thirty (30) days upon obtaining a return authorization from us.

We do NOT discount our products or services. We are competitively priced and offer an excellent value for your dollar. We offer fixed cost colutions to managing your practice. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
